Iraqi Customers Visited Our Company to Explore New Opportunities for Cooperation

Recently, an important Iraqi customer visited our factory to gain a deeper understanding of our production processes, quality control systems, and supply chain capabilities. The company manager, along with heads of production, quality inspection, and sales, warmly welcomed and accompanied them throughout the visit. The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on future collaboration, laying a solid foundation for further cooperation.

Entering the Production Workshop and Witnessing Efficient and Standardized Production

At around 9:00 AM, led by our general manager, the Iraqi customer first visited our core production workshop. The machinery and equipment inside the workshop operated smoothly and efficiently, and the automated production lines operated smoothly and efficiently. The staff strictly followed operating procedures, creating a standardized and orderly production environment. The customer group walked along the tour corridor, carefully observing the entire process, from raw material input to semi-finished product processing and the initial formation of the finished product.

During the visit, the production manager provided a detailed overview of the workshop's capacity configuration, innovative production processes, and the use of intelligent equipment. In response to the customer's concerns about production efficiency and product stability, the manager demonstrated the operating accuracy of key equipment on-site and explained, "Our factory ensures consistent production standards for each batch of products. Our current daily production capacity reaches 150 tons, fully capable of meeting the delivery needs of large-scale orders." The customer expressed high praise for the workshop's standardized management, advanced equipment, and efficient production capacity, frequently recording production details on his phone and discussing them with the accompanying personnel.

Inspecting the Packaging Process to Ensure Safe Product Delivery

The customer then visited the finished product packaging workshop to inspect the product packaging and warehousing management. In the packaging workshop, staff weighed, sealed, and palletized the finished products according to standardized procedures. Each product was packaged in kraft paper valve bags to ensure it would not be damaged during long-distance transportation. Each pallet of pigment was pressed to save storage space and reduce vibration and damage during transportation. Plastic film was used to minimize the impact of the humid sea freight environment on the pigment.

The customer inspected the packaged products on-site and expressed their approval of the completeness and standardization of the packaging. They reached a preliminary agreement with us on the packaging details for subsequent orders.

Visiting the laboratory and witnessing the rigorous quality inspection process

Finally, the customer moved to the company's laboratory for a deeper understanding of the product quality inspection process. As the core checkpoint for product quality control, the laboratory is equipped with advanced domestic and international testing equipment, enabling precise testing of key indicators such as product composition, purity, and tinting strength.

The head of the Quality Inspection Department explained the operating mechanism of the quality inspection system to the customer in detail: "From the moment raw materials arrive at the warehouse, we conduct an initial round of sampling and testing. Only qualified products can be put into production. During the production process, semi-finished products are sampled and inspected every two hours. Before the finished product leaves the factory, it undergoes a comprehensive inspection of all indicators. Only when all data meet the standards can a quality inspection report be issued and shipment arranged." On-site, the quality inspector also demonstrated the product purity testing process for the customer. The clear test data displayed on the instrument screen gave the customer a direct impression of our company's strict control over product quality. The client representative stated, "Quality is our primary consideration in our cooperation.
