Laboratory Technical
In the iron oxide pigment production chain, our professional laboratory is the "nerve center" of quality control and the core foundation of our commitment to every batch of product. As a vital component of our iron oxide pigment plant, our in-house laboratory provides a solid quality assurance process, from raw material delivery to finished product shipment.
At the raw material stage, the laboratory precisely tests the purity, particle size, and impurity content of core raw materials like iron sheets and oxidizers to eliminate substandard materials at the source, ensuring that every base material entering production meets high standards. Real-time sampling and analysis are routine throughout the production process. Whether it's controlling the pH value in the reactor, monitoring the extent of the oxidation reaction, or testing the dispersion of pigment particles, the laboratory's data feedback provides a scientific basis for dynamic adjustments to production parameters, effectively preventing quality deviations caused by process fluctuations.
Our laboratory adheres to stringent standards for finished product inspection: Chromatographs measure pigment shade and tinting strength, laser particle size analyzers analyze particle size distribution, and weathering equipment simulates pigment stability under various environmental conditions. Each indicator is repeatedly verified to ensure that products meet standards for color fastness, acid and alkali resistance, and environmental performance.
Most importantly, our in-house laboratory enables us to quickly respond to our customers' personalized needs. We can complete specialized testing and formulation optimization within 24 hours to meet customized pigment specifications, enabling the transition from "standard-compliant production" to "precision customization." This closed-loop "production-testing-optimization" capability not only firmly guarantees product quality but also builds a data-driven bond of trust with our customers, ensuring that every batch of iron oxide pigments stands the test of market and time.
