The third structure is not as effective as indentation and painting on the colored asphalt concrete pavement, but it saves costs and can be considered when the funds are insufficient.

Coating Repair
The construction process of coating repair is: delineate the repair surface; use a spatula or a knife to remove the loose surface coating along the contour line of the repair surface, and the treated periphery should be hard and strong without loosening; use a hair dryer to remove the residue in the groove Clean up the sundries and loose materials; place the template, and apply the color coating evenly on the repair surface by spraying, rolling or scraping. The thickness and color of the new coating should be the same as the original coating after drying and forming. Open traffic.
Indentation Repair
The indentation repair process is as follows: Define the repair surface; Use a spatula or trowel to remove loose surface coating along the contour of the repair surface. Use a spatula to remove loose portions of the original colored pavement damaged by the indentation along the contour of the repair surface. Create a pit and repair the pit using colored patching material according to specifications. After the indentation is filled, place a mold corresponding to the original indentation on the repaired, still-soft pavement. If the pavement has already hardened, heat it to 90°C to 120°C and position it according to the established baseline. Use a vibrating tamper to press the positioned mold into the repaired colored asphalt concrete surface layer, then remove the mold. Apply the colored paint evenly to the repair surface using a brush. The new coating should match the original coating in color and thickness. Once dry and formed, the surface is released to traffic.
